Description
Our classes for kids start at 6 years old. We would like to start younger but right now the space and time doesn’t allow. 6-7 seems about the time when they can have fun but also take it seriously.
Kids classes usually start with a fun warm up, they do circuits and then practice skills and end up with some one on one with the trainer or (very) light sparring with another kid. This is very important to learn control and when to go easy and not use full power
