The experience of the founder’s sons in traditional ​educational settings was not favorable for them. Home-​schooling worked more effectively academically but did ​not foster the social and emotional development needed ​for the whole teenagers’ educational journey. To meet these academic, social, and emotional needs, ​SPARK BALI Learning Retreat was born. SPARK BALI ​combines individual support with an emphasis on ​developing the skills to study independently with ​developing individual social and emotional skills in an ​engaging and inspiring learning space. The founder's priority (whose educational background is in ​Sociology, Communications, learning disorder management ​and Speech therapy) is to ensure the best service at the ​most affordable fee for families in transit or resident in ​Bali. Our fee scheme is designed to ensure our teachers ​and collaborators with a rewarding salary and for ​purchasing teaching materials.
